Waterside Cleanup is on April 24th!
We will meet at the Candy Apple at 8 am and then down at the Fire Hall at 9 am.
We decided not to open up to the community but we will have some publicity surrounding this since it is a District Wide event.
Interact will also be joining us!
Patty is getting more "Rotary at Work" shirts and will be sending out an email to the club to see if you need to order one.
Speaker Donations
In the past we offered all speakers a $100 donation to the 501c3 of their choice.
If the speaker has a charity, they can donate it there but if they do not have a charity, the donation can be given to the Rotary Foundation in their name.
Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast
We have made the commitment to the airport to have the breakfast there.
We will likely not have to rent tables and chairs since the airport has them.
We need to track down the Pancake Breakfast binder. If you have this, please contact Paul!
We are looking to do some kind of a raffle to bring in some extra revenue. The raffle would be run leading up to the event.
A few big ticket items such as a kayak, a few bikes but no baskets for this raffle.
We will need a number of volunteer for cooking, serving, parking direction, etc. We likely will not need as many volunteers as we do normally since there are no dishes to do this year (YAY!)
Patty and Leah will be setting up the presale online tickets that way we can monitor the amount of tickets sold.
We are looking to continue having the virtual auction instead of the golf outing this year as it was so profitable last year.
